…Been hanging around the fitness industry for more than 12 years. I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping people transform their bodies through better nutrition and fitness.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned;

You’ll never create a body you love by doing things you loathe.

When it comes to health and fitness, the industry is obsessed with “more”.

More cardio. More calorie restriction. More squats. More gym time. More struggle. No pain, no gain.

And during my time coaching I’ve seen many people fail with this approach – and not through lack of trying. 

Throwing all of their spare time, energy and willpower at weight loss, strength gain, or health goals. They feel the need to push everything to the limit.

The ‘All or nothing’ approach seems to work for a little while, until it doesn’t. The list of enjoyable stuff you’re trying to give up grows and grows. As does the list of horrible things you’re making yourself do.

Frankly, when the goal is to upgrade your life (by upgrading your body) it ends up feeling and looking like the exact opposite.
